Proverbs 22:6 (Eph 6:4) teaches us that we should start children off on the way they should go. As parents and elders in our society we must teach our children to learn and grow in the ways of God. Guiding them into the knowledge of the Holy One leads to understanding (Prov 9:10, Job 28:28, Ps 111:10, Prov 1:7) which positions them to have success in this world. God instructs us to fix his words in our hearts and minds (Deut. 11:18, Exod. 13:9, 16) and to teach them to our children (Deut. 11:19, 4:9, 6:7).
In a time when we are seeing kids being subjected to inhumane conditions and being separated from their parents; it is refreshing to see families worshiping together and children being led in the way they should go.
