Extraordinary individual leaders like politicians, business tycoons, and such are commendable. Their contribution to our society is praiseworthy and is fundamental to a sustainable community. But it is the ordinary folks in our lives that are “hands on” in building and maintaining our growth and development. They are the ones that help shape the thoughts, mold the character and nurture the maturation of the the next generation.
Thank GOD For The Ordinary Folks
Thank GOD for grandma, Uncle Willie, Hector, and all those other ordinary folks in our lives that took the time to care. That spoke a word of encouragement to you. That gave you a ride and made sure that you got to school. That gave you a couple of dollars for lunch money or fixed you a sandwich so you wouldn’t be hungry.
I am talking about the ones that are praying for you and you don’t even know it. The ordinary folk. The ones that have your back. The ones that is quietly rooting for your success. That want to see good come into your life. The ordinary men and women who make up the foundation of who we are.
When you come across those people that I’m talking about: let them know that you love them and that you appreciate them for who they are and for what they do. Remember them in your prayers. Our lives would not be the same without them. GOD bless.
